🤖 Creating Quizzes with AI
Learn more about how to use AI to create quizzes.
Overview
SheetQuiz GPT on ChatGPT is an AI agent that creates SheetQuiz quizzes through chat.
Instead of typing content from photos manually, ChatGPT can do it for you, or you can have ChatGPT generate the quiz itself.
ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. It is provided by OpenAI, and SheetQuiz has created this GPT specifically for SheetQuiz. It is not an official affiliation.
1. Precautions
For AI features, we recommend using the Chrome browser on a PC.
To use it properly on mobile, we recommend using a browser instead of the ChatGPT app.
We recommend uploading only 1–2 files.
Uploading materials that are too large or too many may cause the system to malfunction.
2. Create a Terminology Quiz
2.1. Creating a Quiz from English Vocabulary Photos
ChatGPT enters the data for you so you don't have to type every word from your vocabulary list.

The photo I sent is a picture of an English vocabulary list.
Please create an English vocabulary quiz using all the words and meanings from the photo.
Set the number of questions to the total count of English words in the photo.
Set the Quiz Title to "[Quiz Title]".
2.2. Creating Flashcards Based on PDF Materials
Create flashcards to study during your spare time to prepare for exams.

Attach a PDF and send the following message:
Please create a flashcard-style quiz based on this material.

3. Create a Questionnaire-style Quiz
Recommended Prompt
Modify the 'question types' in the recommended prompt before use.
Please create an exam quiz based on the attached material.
Conditions:
1. Questions should focus on
- Concept differentiation
- Understanding cause-and-effect
- Comparison, application, and judgment
rather than simple memorization.
2. The question types and numbers should be:
- Multiple choice (1 correct answer): 5
- Multiple choice (multiple correct answers): 1
- Short answer: 0
- OX Quiz: 10
3. Be sure to write an explanation for each question, explaining why the answer is correct and why the wrong options are incorrect.
4. Actively reflect concepts that are easily confused and points that students often get wrong.
5. Write with sentences and difficulty levels that would not feel out of place on a real exam.
6. Organize the overall questions so that the logical flow follows naturally for learning assessment.
7. Never provide duplicate questions. Create a real exam paper, not a trial version.
Make the questions at a [Middle School / High School / University / Hobby] level,
and set the Quiz Title to "[Quiz Title]".
Materials must be attached as files, not as text. PDF, DOCX, and PPTX files are recommended.
